Alfred MontesiBESSEMER — Alfred Montesi, 67. Black River Rd., Bessemer, died unexpectedly Sunday morning at his home.Born Oct. 26, 1908, at Rome, Italy, he came to the United States and Bessemer with his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Montesi, in 1914. He attended Bessemer schools. Most of his life he was employed as a heavy equipment operator in j road construction until retiringin 1973.On June 20, 1935, he married the former Jennie Pertile at St. Sebastian Catholic Church. He was a member of that church.A sister, Julia Crispigna, diedin 1972.Survivors Include his widow; two sons. Gene, Kent, Wash., and William. Bay City; one daughter, Miss Linda. Rhinelander; 7 grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Peter Car-penedo and Mrs. Henry Thunan-der. Bessemer, and Mrs. Angelo Andrina, Ironwood.Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. j Sebastian Catholic Church with the Rev. Louis P. Bracket officiating. Burial will be in Hill-crest Cemetery. IFrick - Zielinski Funeral Home will open for visitation at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The parish rosary will be recited there at 8 p.m. Tuesday.lt;1](1I
