Thomas Fraser, Jr. representing plaintiff.Suit for annulment of marriage on the ground of misrepresentation has been filed by Constance Jane Harden against Robert Lowell Harden, with Irwin T. Quinn representing plaintiff.Charles N. Hopman, charged with issuing fictitious checks, who had pleaded guilty on a former appearance, was referred to the probation officer for a report back on February 1, by Judge Carl L. Christensen, Jr. He is represented by Attorney J. Thomas Fraser, Jr.Kenneth Beaver, charged with grand theft, pleaded not guilty before Judge Christensen and his trial was set for February 11 at 10 a.m., with a jury.
