wishes for success.Bob Durham, and John Williams two of the murderers of old Mrs. Brock ett, were brought back from the penitentiary to testify in the case against Walter Williams on Monday, but could not do so—the case not going to trial. Durham says he is a “Trusty” in the penitentiary and fares pretty well, thank you, while John Williams looks greatly depressi d and ciuacia ted. Thoy were returned to the penitentiary on Tuesday, in charge of Sheriff Patterson.
