Benton.—Weldon Dillon, of Logan, wa brought to the hospital here on ^ last Monday in a serious condition, with 'two gunshot wounds in hisI«stomach as the result of a shooting,match with Chief of Police Pearle | ^ Butler, at Logan Sunday night. ^The |trouble started when Butler attempted to arrest Ted Dillon, a brother of Weldon, on a charge of drunkenness.
