Two separate incidents of permitting minors to drink beer seulted in fines for three youths this morning after they pleaded guilty in County Court Branch 3 today. Two of the youths also pleaded guilty to a charge of carrying intoxicating beverages in an automobile with minors present.Murray Boyle, 19. and Frederick Minors. 21, were ar-' rested by sheriff’s deputies Monday on Highway 32 in Mount Pleasant, according to Asst. Dist. Atty. Harold Gehrke.Gehrke said two girls, 14 and 15, were with Boyle and Minors and admitted to deputies that they had each been drinking beer supplied by the youths.Boyle was fined a total of S150 on the charges of fur-1 nishing intoxicants to minors and carrying intoxicants in his auto. Minors was fined $75 on the single charge of permitting the girls to drink beer.IFined a total of $125 on charges of furnishing intoxicants and carrying them in an auto with minors present was John W. Winters, 18, of 2517Dwight St. JGehrke said Winters bought beer in Kenosha County and returned to Racine where he allowed two 17-year-old boys to drink it in the home of one of the 17-year-olds.Gehrke said the incident was reported to police when one of the 17-year-olds went home after drinking the beer, drank some gin and whisky belonging to his parents, and became so intoxicated he ripped the telephone off the wall.
