Hold Nine Violators ANew Kensington, - Jan. 23.—NAn* alleged violators of the prohibition law were held under SI,000 bonds ‘or court and three others discharged for lack of evidence at hearings late today before Squire H. W. Kuhlnmn, Arnold.A. J. Whitfield, Nancy Delaney, Joseph Krajewski, Peter Aresta, John Switzgebel, John John \ Kajut, Joseph Orzulack and C. J. Schoize will be prosecuted 011 evidence obtained by Federal dry agents through “buys’'. Edward Mick-clink, Frank Clialtko apd Walter Za-wadniak were discharged.Federal and county authorities arrested the defendants in a series of raids here last Saturday afternoon.
