Anna Tulke, of Chicago, held in jail at Crown Point since May 4 for complicity in the murder of Thad Fancher, at the “Halfway House’* near Cedar Lake, was re'* leased yesterday by Judge Harry 15. Crumpacker at Valparaiso where she had been taken to await trial. Her bonds were fixed at $3,000.Attorneys for Mr*. Tulke appeared before Judge Crumpacker wltna motion for her release on bond Mrs. Tulke was charged with robbery, assault with intent to kill and automobile banditry in addition to the charge of murder. Attorney Gerald Gillett told the court.
