Probable cause was found in three marijuana cases in Tuesday’s session of District Court.Judge Preston Cornelius found probable cause in the cases of Nettie Kristina McAllister and Stephen Brady Trent, both of Harmony, each charged with felonious possession of marijuana. Miss McAllister and Trent were arrested Nov. 10 and eight pounds of marijuana was seized from the Trent home. Probable cause was found and they were bound over to Superior Court.
