CAUGHT STEALING COALCHESTER-— Horace Vantiser,Negro, was given a choice of paying a twenty-flve dollar fine dr „ serving thirty days In County jail *21f5 when arraigned before Justice F B J17 Wood here yesterday, charged with steaiing coal from the Roe Coal, • aitho Feed Lumber Co He was given twenty-four hours to get the money Vantlser was arrested yesterday by Constable W W. VanEfcten as he left the eoal yard with a bag of coal The yard has been closed during noon hours for som* time, due to Lhe illness of Mr. Roe. Constable Van Etten had been notified of the loss of coal at various times Yesterday ihe constable kept a close watch on the coal yard from the PostofQce window and spotted the thief.
