VanEfcten as he left the eoal yard with a bag of coal The yard has been closed during noon hours for som* time, due to Lhe illness of Mr. Roe. Constable Van Etten had been notified of the loss of coal at various times Yesterday ihe constable kept a close watch on the coal yard from the PostofQce window and spotted the thief.
