The bond was furnished by-Otto Dietrich of Burney, Ind., and Abdel S. Ging, who lives northeast of Rushville.Nelson was arrested on a federal warrant charged with embezzlement of funds from a national bank. The federal warrant took precedence over grand jury indictments returned by the Rush county grand jury in which Nelson was charged witJ*embez-zlement and larceny. He return-^ ed to Milroy, after his ' release on bond this morning.Nelson’s shortage in the bank is reported at $22,100. Nelson surrendered to Russell Tits-worth, prosecuting attorney, last Sunday and was taken to Indianapolis by a deputy U. S. Marshal Monday afternoon.Nelson had been missing for two weeks following his resignation as cashier of. the Milroy bank.• in addition to the two indictments returned against Nelson by the grand jury, four- indictments were returned against Clarence E.
