JURY VISITS SCENE OE BIGHM MURDERAdmissions by Both State andDefense of Wrong Doing ofHusband and Wife.Tiffin, Jan. 23.—After opening statements by the attorneys for the ' state and defense, the jury sitting in the trial of Waiter O. Bigham, charged with the murder of his I wife last August, visited the scene ofthe tragedy today. Attorneys onboth sides attached the characters of both Bigham and his wife, found dead in the Bigham house at Attica : with a dagger through her heart.In his opening statement. Prosecutor Spitler asserted Bigham had boasted of associating with other women, that he had improper relations with bis girl stenographer in his garage and that he was cruel.! abusive and addicted to foul ian-' guage in the presence of his wife, j Attorneys for both sides admitted { in their opening statements that the j I conduct of Mrs. Bigham had not - fceen above reproach.
