proposed hill.Convicted killer Harold Lee Schut was extradited to Texas to face murder charges in connection with the kidnapping-slaying of a 21-year-old New Orleans woman who was murdered, and her baby kidnapped in 1980, two weeks after a similar case in Athens. The Athens case went unsolvedfor more than five years and Schut had been held in the Limestone County jail after pleading guilty to the murder of Geneva Clemons of Athens and the kidnapping of her son. After th.p return from Texas, Schutt was to be sentenced to two life terms to run concurrently.
