Review Hayward, Caltb Friday, January 21, W72 arrested in double killingSAN LEANDRO — Sheriff’s deptfies have made two arrests in the double homicide, case of Kenneth Arthur Norden, 39, of Fremont and Richard Allen Owen, 26, of San I^andro.Detectives served a search warrant at 10 a.m. yesterday at 3301 High St., Oakland, and arrested Charles Davis, 26, and Sylvia Davis, 37, on suspicion of murder.The bodies of Norden and Owen were discovered in the tnink of Owen’s car Jan. 14. Both' were reportedly victims of multiple gunshot wounds and had been dead about two weeks when discovered by a tow truck service operator. The car was being checked about two weeks after it had been towed to a wrecking yard when the -bodies were discovered.Some items of evidence were reportedly found in the Davis residence but officials ■would not disclose their nature.Both the two victims and the two suspects were reportedly involved in prior drugTclated hrrests, according to investigators.
