Involuntary manslaughter charge to be filed in shootingA charge of involuntary manslaughter will be filed against Kenneth. McKinney, 22, Carter-ville, in the death of a 13-year-eld boy, Williamson County State’s Atty. Kenneth Huhler said Saturday.Charles Edward Haynes, 13, of 112 Locust St..
