Son, FriendCharged WithTheft Of TVHarry Hamp of 312 Lakeland Ave., Bristol Terrace, has been convalescing in Delaware Valley Hospital the past severaldays.Yesterday, when a neighbor went to feed Hamp’s dog, he noticed a television set was missing from the house. Contacting Hamp in the hospital, the neighbor was told the set must have been stolen.The neighbor called Bristol Township police who made a check of the neighborhood. Detective Jack Haines and Patrol, man John Schwab learned that Hamp’s son, Rudolph, 27,had been seen with Frank Berger,24, of 1222Vi Wood St., Bristol.Neighbors said the two werecarrying a TV set through the Terrace.Police went to Berger’s homeand found the $800 set.Berger and the younger Hampwere arraigned before Justice ofthe Peace Robert Burke, Falls Township, and released in $500 bail each for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 26 on charges of burglary, larceny and receiving stolen goods.
