The bullet entered the left temple anti severed both optic* nerves. Manarv is in a critical condition in a local hospital, and will be blind even If he lives, which Is doubtful, according to his physicians.The shooting took place at Homer Travis’ rooming house, 1! 1\ Hast Seventh street, within a few moments after lie had secured a room on the third floor from Mrs. Travis.
