Ibe lfitb day of Jauuary, 1911.Complaint of August HintzeState of Nevada vs. Oncar J. Smith, Bert L. Smith, W. E. Griffin and John Hancock, Sr.—Charge, felouy. Now on this the 5th day of January, 1911, comes August Hiutze and ha* tiled his aurora complaint herein, wherein he accuses the above named defendants of the crime of felony clt; m* mitted as follows, to-wit: The felon ion* assent to the reoeption of deposit* m an insolvent banking corporation by its directors having knowledge of sucb lUHoivcucy and having authority lo cl..ho such insolvent bank, said crime having leeu committed on or aboot the 14th day of March, 1910, in the twn aud County of Kurcka, State of Nevada, as fully net forth in a com-p aim uow on file in my office.Thereupon ly reason of (he foregoing proceedings the Jud,je of the above named court did on the 5th day of January. 1011, issue a warrant for the arrest of the above named defendants, Oscar J. Smith, Bert L. Smith, W. K. Griffin aud Jobu Hancock, Sr., and placed the same in the hands of Sheritl Martin Mahouey for service on the 16th day of January, 1911.
