Emmons Stuart wan arrested this morning tor steeling soma clothing and jewelry from J. A. McCauley, the inebriated watch-maker. Stuart la a member of an old and respectable family, butwhisky has ruined him. He has of late worked as a paper-hanger, but is a sorry wreck of the smart and promising bov of but a few yearn ago. This la not hi* dratoffense and a suspended sentence Is hanging over him.
