Jan. 20—Special: Louis Brandt, operator of a soft drink parlor at Kleler. was given a Six months' sentence in the Mtlwau- ' kee house of corrections, fined $250 and given a second two months' sentence, running concurrently, by j Judge F. A. Geiger in federal court at Madison Saturday.The penalty resulted from a liquor law violation together with contempt of court for violation of a temporary injunction issued prelim-, i^ary to padlock proceedings. IBrandt is town treasurer of Paris township. Grant county.
