court.Gingery Case Dismissed.The cases against Harry K. and Hazelet Gingery, charged with aiding i the escape of Winifred Lemon, an inmate of the Indiana School for Feeble-! Minded Youth, were dismissed by Prosecutor Thomas in the circuit court today at the request of the board of trustees of the institution. At the time the cases were up for hearing, J. M. Robinson filed a motion to quash on the ground that the institution is not custodial and there is no penalty for aiding the inmate to get away. Attorney General Bingham was here to argue the matter and promised to furnish some authorities. There is some doubt about the matter and the trustees will seek a remedy by asking new legislation on the point.
