court.Gingery Case Dismissed.The cases against Harry K. and Hazel et Gingery, charged with aiding j the escape of Winifred Lemon, an in-! mate of the Indiana School for Feeble-•Minded Youth, were dismissed by Prosecutor Thomas in the circuit | court today at the request of the board of trustees of the institution. At the time the cases were up for | hearing, J. M. Robinson filed a motion to quash on the ground that the institution is not custodial and there is no penalty for aiding the inmate to get away. Attorney General Bingham j was here to argue the matter and j promised to furnish some authorities. There is some doubt about the matter and the trustees will seek a remedy by asking new legislation on the point.
