In Jail on a Peace Warrant.Joe Noble, who has been driving a dray for Farnam for several months, was arrested last Monday afternoon on a warrant sworn out by his wife, Jennie Noble. The complainant swore that her husband had threatened her life and that he had abused, choked and slapped her: sin* asked that he be required to give bonds to keep the peace. Mayor Browder fixed the bond at one hundred dollars which Mr. Noble could not furnish. He is therefore in jail.
