J^TAt Waterloo, Monros county, 111., on Monday of last week, an affray occurred be-1J tween a farmer named G. Sebiriing and a physician, name not given. Knives were used, and both parties received severe cuts. While the fight was in progress a constable ‘arrived, who threw Schirting down stairs, where he died a few moments after. The doctor and constable were both arrested.
