11Pleads GuiltyTo Charge Of Child StealingCharged with child stealing after he allegedly took a six-year-old girl to Kneeland where ie he molested here, Elmer A. Bock, If te 33, of Eureka, obtained an at- iofi-utatn,i-alt-i-*i-rs:td(riteetorney, Robert Conners of Falk Falk, and pleaded guilty to the charge before Justice Frank Shipman yesterday.He will be referred to the superior court on a certificate of magistrate for pronouncement of judgment. A person is required I1 to be represented by counsel before being permitted to plead guilty in justice court.For the present, Bock’s bail remains at $5,000 cash or $10,000 property bond. He was arrested Thursday afternoon by sheriff’s officers and Eureka police.Bock was reportedly arrested by city police on a similar charge.In this instance, he reportedly picked the small girl up in his car in the Franklin school area and took her towards Kneeland on a pretext of seeing the snow.11cpi
