O A Du Bo is* motion for dismissal of the case.The men had been charged with breaking and entering Mrs. Charles Thunmil's store at Woodruff on July 27; breaking and entering Roy Frednch's tavern at McNaughton on July 6. and assault *on Roy Fredricht with intent to rob, being armed with a dangerous weapon, on July 6.Dist.
