TWO SENTENCED\tIrGive Smith 2 Years, Oxley,5 in Omaha Court for Double Counts.OMAHA C7\ Karl Smith of St Paul, Minn , and Merritt Oxley of Oakland, Calif., pleaded guilty indistrict court here Thursday to charges of possession and transportation of a machine gun and were sentenced to prison by JudgeFitzgerald Smith was sentenced to serve two years in the state prison and Oxley was given a five yearterm.Deputy Sheriff Jones of Omaha, later said that.
