F. Riley has extended ati invitation to all sheriffs in the state, in an effort to start a statewide movement to combat crime, based on the Minntemen plan.Not only will the Minutem-n tieon hand to be sworn in as special deputies, but Legionnaires of tbe district, railed together by L. V.Welsensei. district commander, willmake plans for similar organizations in other counties of this district.Two Illinois state enforcement officers. R. C Saunders, in charge oficrime prevention activities, and T, P.
