Unwritten Law Plea Failed.(luilty of manslaughter was the verdict returned by a jury in the Wirtcounty circuit court against Jonas Sees, a farmer, charged with having murdered C. C. Brinker, aged 75 years, whom he caught in his home.The court sentenced Sees to servefive years in tiie penitentiary. Sees pleaded the “unwritten law“ and told a sensational story on the stand.
