MILftOY BANK CASHIERDISAPPEARED LAST WEEKLloyd T. Nelson, former cashier of the First National Bank at Mllroy, disappeared last week and federal bank examiners completed their work Saturday. It is reported there is an alleged shortage of approximately $20,000 in the accounts of the missing cashier. Carlos B. Dawes, assistant national bank examiner, stated that “the position of the bank is in nowise endangered, and that there is no grounds for any uneasiness on the part of any patrons of the institution.” „ .Nelson had submitted his resignation sofne time ago, to become effective at the convenience of the board af directors. Nelson was well likedin that community and was active in the Christian church where he was a Sunday School teacher, also being in .lemand as a soloist. Neson's family has been offered assistance at Milroy.
