welfare Rolls Ridded Of Ineligible PapasHeavy, stress is being continued by county officers on abandonment cases in keeping with a statewide policy to rid state welfare rolls of ineligible payees.Taken into custody by Sheriff Clarence Douglas and his force last week were: Virgil Shannon, who was picked up in Seminole oh a charge of abandonment and is now out on bond awaiting court trial.
