□ Man charged with murder tryA man who was charged with shooting another man Oct. 31 was arraigned Wednesday in Yuma Justice Court.Kem Frederick Kershaw, 29, Divide, Colo., was arraigned before Justice of the Peace Bill Steen on an attempted second degree murder charge. Steen set bond for Kershaw at $100,000.The charge was filed Nov. 7 by Yuma police. Kershaw couldn’t be found at that time, so an arrest warrant was issued. Kershaw was arrested on the warrant in San Diego.Kershaw was charged with shooting Bart Supplee, who was 20 at the time, between the shoulder blades. Police said the shot apparently was fired after a drug deal went bad.
