An Eldon-area woman, charged in a shooting incident June 21, has been found guilty of two counts of simple assault.After the jury trial Wednesday in Wapello County District Court, Essie Underwood of Ottumwa Route 6 was fined $100 on each count.She and her husband, George, initially were charged with assault with intent in connection with shots allegedly fired from near the Underwood cabin toward aboat occupied by Art Bedford and Paul McKeever.
