National#Suspect sought in slaying of familyEVANSVILLE, Ind. (UPI) — Police say clues from a series of burglaries led them to issue warrants for a suspect in the execution style slayings of a family of four who had returned from a trip to spend their children’s Christmas money Police Tuesday night issued a multi-state-alert for Donald Wallace. 24. of Evansville. They said it was likely Wallace fled southern Indiana and was head ed for New Orleans.Wallace was named the prime suspect in the slayings of Patrick Gilligan, 30. his wife, Theresa, 30, and their children, Lisa. 5. and Gregory. 4. Their bodies were found on the family room floor of their fashionable home Monday night All four had been bound with electric cords and shot in the head Investigators said'they apparently walked into their home during a burglary and were killed by the thief.
