Issue Citation for”Albany Poultry ManTony Lombardo, of 545 San Pablo Ave., was issued a citation by the Albany Police Depart then t today for having live poultry on the premises of his market, which is a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.Lombardo was ordered to appear before Judge Louis J. Hardie on Jan. 24. He has been released on his own recognizance. Lombardo and Charles A. Valterza, poultry dealers, have another case pending in Albany Polioe Court*
