A delivery truck of the Liberty store, Ninth and Park streets, William Strouf proprietor, which dis*appeared from Its garage last night, was located on the Town Line road, three miles north of the city at noon today. The car was hi the ditch but was apparently not greatly damaged. *George Dernier, Jr., deliveryman for the Liberty Store was taken into custody in connection with the disappearance of the car this morning and upon questioning admitted having taken the auto from the garage without permission last night; He said he droye to the High school to attend the basket bail game and left the car perked near iy.-Whenthe game waa over and he returned to the parking place the car had disappeared. The police went out to recover the car at 1 o'clock and are nlaking a further investigation cf Demler's story.
