Ritter, was filed in the Clark Circuit Court at Jeffersonville yesterday afternoon. The suit originated in Orange county, Ind., and had its outgrowth from a shooting affray at West Baden on June 24, 1907. From Orange connty the case was taken to Washington county on a change of venue, and then to JeffersofiviUe. At the time of the trouble Roberts was Marshal of the town of West Baden and Ritter kept a drug 8 tore.
