His daughter found bim I ring under the tree yesterday morning. He was unconscious and a small rope was around hi* neck.lr. Busted was called and, with tome difficulty, bn succeeded in restoring tbe mnn to conscious lies*. Mr. Parker is a widower, and be would not give hut reason for attempting tlt;i end hi* life. The reason he did not succeed was that the rope slipped and lei hiui fall to the ground.
