Burglaries ReportedTwo burglaries were reported in Manitowoc during the week, according to Hubert Schmidt, captain of deetives oi Manitowoc Police Dept.A home on Tanglewood Hoad was entered and stereo equipment plus an electric guitar, valued at between $800-900, were taken, Schmidt said. The burglary apparently occurred before Tuesday but the theft was not discovered until Wednesday night.The second burglary occurred ; at Dexter's Bar at 825 S Eighth St. It was discovered at 3:30 a.m. Thursday. A plate glass window in the front door was broken to gain entry and an unknown amount of cigarets plus approximately $30 were stolen.Police are investigating both incidents.
