But despite this the defendant kept telling nis attorney that the alleged victim was in the spectator section of the courtroom and gave no indication of being injured. The attorney just passed off \ the remark by the defend- * ent was a possible mistakeor error until he was informed later that the victim had a twin brother andthis twin was in the courtroom.
