Mainstreet, Circleviile, was taken to Chillicothe Friday night to answer a bad check charge in Mayor Harold H. Brown’s court. The charge was filed by Melvin May, who alleges on Jan. 2, 1939, Eisnaugle passed a worthless check for $20at the Tip Top restaurant.
