A Jury of nine women and three men was sworn In Wednesday to try Errol Flynn on three counts of statutory rape Involving twoschool age girls.HOLLYWOOD. (UP). Hand-some Errol Flynn, somewhat bored aa his trial on charges of attacking two teen-age girls went into the third day of routine questioning of prospective jurors, Wednesday disclosed plans to go overseas when the case ends.“I want to help out overseas,** the star revealed.“I can t tell you what I have in mind yet. I am confident my name will be cleared in this trial. •Flynn would not say whether he planned to abandon his film career that has made him one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood and Warner Brothers’ leading male revenue producer.Box office returns from Flynn*s pictures have skyrocketed since the star was accused of statutory rape upon Betty Hansen, 17, Lincoln, Neb., school girl, and Peggy Satterlee, 16, night club chorus girl.Attendance at Flynn’s trial declined sharply Wednesday after spectators learned the entire day was to be taken up with examination of possible jurymen. The courtroom was less than half filled as the session opened.
