oh i no.Following this the case of the State of Iowa vs. Albert Eastman was called. The case grow out of a row between Eastman and .Tonas Carlson, both of Beloit, who disputed over the line between their properties. During a i wordy war in the summer, Eastman ordered Carlson off what he claimed was his property, and to enforce the o?der smashed Carlson .over the head with a pitchfork.
