Reedy, who was arrested by police Monday night, aopeared before City Court Judge Edward S. Everett.In other court matters, a charge of selling alcoholic beverages without a license was dismissed against Alice Lowe, Dresser, after it was learned that an excise officer who made the arrest had died of a heart attack.
