CHARGE DISMISSEDAFTER OFFICER DIESJohn Reedy, 49, was fined $30 Tuesday when he pleaded guilty to a charge of public intoxication. Reedy, who was arrested by police Monday night, aopeared before City Court Judge Edward S. Everett.In other court matters, a charge of selling alcoholic beverages without a license was dismissed against Alice Lowe, Dresser, after it was learned that an excise officer who made the arrest had died of a heart attack. The affidavit charging the Lowe woman with the offense listed the charge as a second offense.Three motorists pleaded guiltyto running signal lights and eachwas fined $3.75. They includedRuth McDonald, 63. 2030 SouthSixth street: Vera Fern Ronson,41. Palestine, and Emma Shaun-tee. 38, 828 South Fifteenth street.Henry Henley. 2202 Oak street,was fined $3 after he pleadedguilty to a charge of leaving thekeys in the ignition of his automobile.
