i Jansonius Presides Over Casej Against J. J. Breher, R. B. Oaly, W. E. DalyTrial of three former officers of the■ Martin State bank at Martin, V. D„1 indicted by a Sheridan county grand ' jury in connection with the dosing of■ the institution last January, was to begin Monday at New Rockford, with District Judge Fred Jansonms, Bismarck, presiding.Last June a grand jury at Mc-Clusky indicted J. J. Breher, president, R. B. Daly, cashier, and W, B. Daly, vice president, on charges of accepting deposits in an insolvent bank.An Indictment charging Breher with embezzlement also was returned by the jury.A change of venue sought by defease counsel has been granted and the case was transferred from Sheridan county to New Rockford in Eddy county.Hugh McCuBoch, Washburn, and John F, Sullivan, Man dan, are counsel for the defense.
