Feb. 28 Trial Date .The second degree murder trial of David Tapia, 23, has been set for trial Feb. 23 before Dist. Judge Paul Tackett. He is accused of shooting to death Tony Prado Chapa, 24, bartender at the Elbow Room Bar, 210 Second SW, Nov, 9. The Tribune Monday incorrect Jy listed the trial as set far Jan. 28.
