Stanley Howe Fined $110 on Two ChargesStanley Howe. 25, Monroe, was fined $10 in Evansville Justice i'ourt on disorderly conduct charges and $100 and costs on charges of driving with his license suspended in Janesville Municipal Court vesterday, court records show.Police Chief George Walk, Evansville, said Howe pleaded nolo contendere in Evansville on charges made after Howe allegedly walked into the Michael Fin-nane home there following a traffic accident Saturday night.Janesville police said Howe lost his license in Milwaukee last year on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and was fined yesterday for driving while his license was suspended.
