Two Are IndictedFor Murder by Jury Sitting at WoosterTwo First degree murder indictments were returned last week bv the*+ ^ B *Wayne county January grand jury when it reported to Common Pious Judge *(J. A. Stfii’n after three days of considering: 27 eases. The jury returned 18 trun. bills, Five of which were secret. Nine eases were ignored, and (57 witnesses were examined.The first degree murder indictments were returned ngain.st (Jeorge Bauhof, formerly of this city, and John Booth, r.f Akron. The latter charge carries the additional phase that the crime was committed while in the act of committing a robbery.Bauhof is charged with having killed Henry Miller, of this city, with a hatchet in 15123, \vh'»n Miller came upon him while Bauhof was in Mu? act of rebb’ng the Viller home, Bauhof wa arrested in OrrviMe by Night Policeman Ijee Pontius in the fall.Bauhof had been absent since the time the murder \vm committed. He was arl;sted on a~ minor charge and later confessed to the killing.
