She claims that amount ol ! rent was due Dec. 15 and has not been paid.This i the first ot several court actions involving George Huckins and his parents. Mr and Mrs. Elmer S. Huckins. that has involved Mrs ; George Huckins.I The house on which rent is claimed to be due was closed last month after civil suit had been hied on behalf ot four investors in the Huckinses mysterious 26 to 52 ; percent dividr nd business.
