Basha who is charged with arson and Thomas Quilty charged with rape. Mr. F.Knight as foreman retired from the consideration of the first bill, as he was a witness in the case, and his place was taken by Mr. W. H. Peters. In the Quilty case Mr. Knight resumed his position as foreman. The consideration of the indictments occupied over 6 hours.C. C. C. Band.
