The suit was brought to recover for the death of the husband of the plaintiff. who, according to the allegations, was the victim of an accident while intoxicated by liquor sold him by Simon Lewis. II. M. McCaskrin was attorney for the plaintiff and S* aria Marshall appeared for the defendant.
